1. Payment mode: If stock machine, 100% prepayment before delivery if in order or need to import, 30% advance payment, 40% before shipment from abroad and 30% before delivery from our company.

3. Transportation & Custom cost included till Bhaktapur, extra delivery charge outside radius of 10    km from us.
4. Extra charges for crane and unloading changes at buyers facility.
5. Changing Nepal will install the machine to the buyers facility.
6. we provide necessary setup training, installation and running ideas of the machine.
7. Follow up technician operator maintenance all available.
8. Once sold goods are not refundable. Change of mind is not available. No refund after the advance payment.
9. Service warranty in motor and drive, no warranty in heater, electric circuit, piston, die. No replacement warranty in any consumable or running parts of the machine. Paid replacement in any Damage caused by electricity, heater and other electrical parts like ultrasonic part, switch, wire, bearing and other consumable or running parts
